This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions regarding fee payments, cancellations, and refunds for courses and services offered by Global Learning School of Music Institute (GLSMI).
1. Course Fees

All course fees must be paid in full or as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of admission.

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned in this policy.
2. Cancellation by Student

If a student chooses to cancel admission before the commencement of classes, a partial refund may be considered after deducting:

Registration / admission charges

Administrative and processing fees

No refund will be provided once classes have commenced, regardless of attendance.
3. Cancellation by GLSMI
GLSMI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:

Insufficient student enrolment

Unavoidable circumstances or administrative reasons
In such cases, students may be offered:

A full refund or

Adjustment of fees to another course or batch
4. Examination & Certification Fees

Fees paid for examinations, assessments, digital marksheets, and certificates are non-refundable once the examination process has been initiated.
5. Online Classes & Digital Services

Fees paid for online classes, digital content, or downloadable materials are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed online sessions due to personal reasons or technical issues on the student’s end.
6. Absenteeism & Discontinuation

No refund will be issued if a student:

Discontinues the course midway

Fails to attend classes or examinations

Is removed due to disciplinary action

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.

GLSMI will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
8. Force Majeure
GLSMI shall not be liable for refunds or compensation due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures.
9. Policy Updates
GLSMI reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
