1. ACADEMIC ENROLLMENT AND DISCIPLINE

- Admission Right: The Foundation reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any student’s admission application without assigning a reason.
- Attendance Policy: Enrolled students must maintain regular attendance. Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be rescheduled, and no compensatory classes or fee roll-overs will be provided.
- Code of Conduct: Students must maintain strict discipline inside physical and virtual classrooms. The Foundation reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student found engaging in misconduct, vandalism, or disrespectful behavior towards instructors or peers, without any refund of fees.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

- Payment Deadlines: All monthly/quarterly tuition fees must be paid on or before the due date specified at the time of admission. Delay in payments may attract late fees or temporary suspension from attending classes.
- Online Transactions: Users making online payments via our website agree to provide accurate and complete financial details. The Foundation is not responsible for transaction failures caused by network issues or bank server errors. All successful payments are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE RESTRICTIONS

- Copyright Material: The entire content of this website—including the name “GLSMI Foundation”, our custom logo, text, course structures, 3-year guitar curriculum layouts, preparatory book indices, audio tracks, and video materials—is the proprietary intellectual property of the Foundation.
- Limited License: Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access educational materials solely for personal learning. You must not redistribute, modify, publish, sell, or copy our curriculum material for commercial coaching purposes elsewhere.
4. EXAMINATION AND ASSESSMENT RULES

- Eligibility: A student will only be allowed to sit for the Year-End or Grade-End Examination (such as graduating from Preparatory to Grade 1) if all their financial dues are cleared and they meet the minimum attendance criteria.
- Grading Authority: The assessment decisions made by the Foundation’s appointed external or internal examiners are final and binding. No re-evaluation requests based on personal preferences will be entertained.
5. AFFILIATION AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

- Our website may contain information about authorized centers in various districts or external payment links. These terms govern only the central platform of the GLSMI Foundation.
- Any interactions, local transport arrangements, or local cash dealings with independent affiliated centers are outside the scope of our direct liability, as detailed in our Disclaimer.
